 Dear friends,
A few months ago, my wife, Gabrielle, asked me, “Where can I meet other new parents?” Her question caught me off guard. “Don’t you know where I work?” I responded. The exchange reminded me that while we focus on how children’s museums benefit kids, we also need to develop ways in which we can assist parents, too.

Rocket Day @ CMEE!
Commencing countdown, engine's on...
 Please join us on Sunday, October 12th between 10am and noon for our 2nd Annual Rocket Day! Children of all ages will make and launch their own rockets (with staff member guidance, of course) in CMEE’s own back yard! Projects for kids of all ages. The rain date is the following day, Monday, October 13th.
Our Annual Halloween Bash
It's a scary good time!
Mark you calendars for CMEE’s annual Halloween Bash! On Friday, October 24th between 4pm and 6pm, children of all ages will enjoy Halloween games, trick or treating, crafts, a costume contest and more! Prizes are awarded for the best costumes. Cost: Free for members, $10 for non-members. We're also on the lookout for seasonal decoration donations. We've got plenty, but could always use more!
