Extraordinary Projects 

As part of Ontario Contact 2014, we are returning with the Extraordinary Project Discussion on Wednesday November 5, at 4 pm in an effort to address the inherent challenges of connecting artists interested in touring theatre, dance or multi-media works with potential presenters. This year, presenters also have an opportunity to bring forward projects they would like to undertake with partners. 

You should submit a proposal if you have a project that you believe would be of interest to the presenting field in Ontario. If your proposal is accepted, you will have an extended period of time with presenters to discuss your project, its possibilities, and a development strategy for bringing it to the public. The full application is available here. We will accept submissions until October 12, 2014.

Indie Showcases

You have told us that you come to Ontario Contact to network and to see artists. We are able to extend the number of artists you see with the assistance of agents who sponsor Indie showcases. This year you can see Susan Aglukark performing at our Awards dinner, Bravura Baritones at dinner on Friday evening and Cadence at the Prologue breakfast Saturday morning.
