Green Beans
A sudden drop in supply has occurred due
to very cold temperatures(39-40 degrees)in the Mid-West growing areas. These cold temperatures have limited production yields, and caused a host of quality issues. The bushel market has jumped +$10-$15, and supply is extremely limited.
This market condition is expected to last for 10-12 days.
