What's going on for Bear in Excess, Chubs at the Tubs, and Bears in Excess: Leather Edition!

About Us

Bears in Excess started in April of 2012. The main purpose of the event is so bears, cubs, daddies, chubs, and their admirers who live in the Greater Toronto Area or the many visitors to our lovely city, can go to have some fun in a spa-like setting.

We have three events under the Bears in Excess name: Bears in Excess, Bears in Excess: Leather Edition, and Chubs at the Tubs. These events are done in conjunction with Spa Excess, but are not part of any bear group.

What's new with Bears in Excess! Issue 19 / 2014

CHUBS AT THE TUBS will take over Spa Excess this Sunday, September 28th. Just remember it is one of the more popular events as the event is the only one of its kind in Canada, so just be warned, rooms get taken fast. So if you plan to get one, get there early to avoid having to be put on the waiting list for a room. A quick thanks to our Turkish friend Umut for making this special photo especially for us.

Also, it is the last chance to take advantage of the nice weather planned for Sunday, so we are celebrating with our last bearBQ of the year. Come out and bring your appetites. There will be plenty of chance to work off the delicious burgers or hot dogs afterwards.

As Amazing Race Canada just ended, we will be having our own version Spa Excess style. HeftyNet, who will be present at Sunday's event, has kindly donated 3 prizes to first, second and third place. We also have some awesome prizes from Stag Shop, Killer Bob Graphics and Bearwww.com with our always popular 50/50. Buy some tickets and you might go home with 50% of the ticket sales.

As well, we are proud to have the artist who created the Fall Edition artwork for our poster present. Hemeterio recently moved to Canada from Brazil and will be doing caricatures for a small fee.
