Re-Beauty Silent Auction Fundraiser
On October 11 at the new McKernan Community hall (113-41-78 ave) will be a recyclable art event where artists are donating art pieces made entirely from recycled materials. This is intended to bring awareness to how much we throw out every day and the number of things that are actually very recyclable. Proceeds go to 'Renacimiento Verde' environmental stewardship grant program for students in Mexico.
The evening includes wine, tapas, music, multimedia shows and activities that are all environmentally themed. Tickets are $50.
This event is sponsored by Cleanit Greenit Composting System Inc. and the City of Edmonton Reuse Centre and Find.
To buy tickets please go to: www.karoantonio.com/re-beauty-2014/ or call Alia at 780- 488-7926.
Sincerely, Kirstin Castro-Wunsch, P. Eng. CEO

Harcourt House would like to extend a very big THANK YOU to all of our volunteers that came out to the casino nights earlier this week. It was two days of long hard hours but it certainly paid off! You all have our deepest gratitude for helping us out!
Also, at mid October Tiffany will be leaving us as she takes on some new steps in her life. She will be leaving for a short trip on October 16 and after that will not be returning to Harcourt House. She wants to say that anyone that has had the privilege to spend time with the Harcourt community and staff has been very lucky to do so! What a grand, heart-warming community to be apart of!
From here on in you will no loner be receiving emails from any volunteer coordinator. Rather, Stacey and Angele will continue to work hard to keep Harcourt running smoothly and efficiently in all aspects. Give them a big pat on the back for the work they have already done, and continue to do, for Harcourt and Edmonton's art scene.
