The TAG Team has discovered a process that gets your business issued faster and cuts down on NIGO delays.
Here’s how we do it…
Fax or email your life and annuity apps while they are still on your desk-(you keep the original paperwork until notified). Our new business team will review your app typically within 2 to 4 hours.
John, Patti or Brett will check for anything amiss and will notify you of the next step. i.e. make corrections and forward original annuity apps to the respective home office. It is common for life cases that we may not require the original and can electronically forward your fax or scan directly to the Carrier underwriters.
Many agent advisors do a great job on paperwork and some like to submit business direct. This system facilitates accuracy and speed: a second set of eyes to review AND it puts your business into the TAG system for weekly follow ups.

Some of the most common culprits for not in good order delays are…
