Don't miss our newest "Cork & Cage" Series:

“Cork & Cage” Series #8: Bacchus
Named after the Roman God of Wine, can also be referred to as the Beer Drinker’s Wine.  This red ale incorporates pinot noir pomace graciously provided by Seven Mountains Wine Cellars.  Bacchus was fermented with ale and pinot noir wine yeast strains then aged for 8 months in an American Oak wine barrel.
750 ml This beer can only be consumed on premise and is not available for take-out.
Original Plato: 13.5    ABV: 8.8%

“Cork & Cage” Series #9: Gestin
Named after the Sumerian Goddess of Wine, can also be referred to as the Wine Drinker’s Beer.  This blond ale, like Bacchus, incorporates pinot noir pomace graciously provided by Seven Mountains Wine Cellars.  Gestin was fermented with ale and pinot noir wine yeast strains then aged for 7 months in a French Oak wine barrel. 750 ml This beer can only be consumed on premise and is not available for take-out.
Original Plato: 16.5    ABV: 8.8%

“Cork & Cage” Series #10: Fraise
A blond ale with honey and over 50 pounds of fresh strawberries per barrel from Way Fruit Farm.  Fraise was fermented with an English Ale yeast strain which helps to brighten the finished ale.  This refreshing and easy drinking summer ale imparts a copious amount of strawberry aroma and flavor.
750 ml  This beer can only be consumed on premise and is not available for take-out.
Original Plato: 16.9    ABV: 8.4%

Quote of the Day

“Thirstily he set it to his lips, and as its cool refreshment began to soothe his throat, he thanked Heaven that in a world of much evil there was still so good a thing as ale.”
             -Rafael Sabatini, Fortune's Fool
