Proceeds towards our Visayas Community Medical Centre in Cebu to purchase hospital mattresses and linen. This is our second part of our program in partnership with St Andrews Hospital and Donations in Kind after we sent two shipping containers of medical equipment of theatre instruments, hospital beds, wheel chairs, shower chairs and a wealth of other items last March. Cebu was one of the areas devastated by Typhoon Haiyan, and is still in dire need of materials for its rebuilding and rehabilitation.
This last weekend some of our members volunteered manning the ShelterBox Display at the Home Living Expo at the Adelaide Show Grounds.
