October 2014
Hello <<First Name>>
Well what a busy month - it's certainly not just all talk anymore!
The concrete base is now down for my ‘shed’. The timber has arrived and construction begins next week. It will be a superb teaching space, with plenty of added benefits for my clients including:
1. Free parking for lots of cars
2. Its own private garden
3. A dedicated ground-floor treatment room suitable for people on crutches or in wheelchairs. Those clients will be able to park at the door.
Aside from that, and my car saga (see story below!) it’s been a quiet month. Heaven knows what a busy one is like. Have a good month yourselves. And don't forget the clocks go back on 25th.
All the best,

5 Star Service at DSG Morecambe
Another bit of excitement is that I traded in my ultra-reliable Hyundai i10 and I am now the proud owner of a Renault Zoe Dynamique Intens which is entirely electric. It drives like a dream, one-foot driving like a sewing machine.
The staff at DSG were the finest example of customer service I’ve ever experienced, from Mathew and Dougie on the sales team to Will, the manager, and Adam who suspected Matt and I were having an affair because we phoned each other several times a day!
In the first week I scraped the garden wall, and this week has been enlivened with two punctures. The two ladies on Reception were unfailingly patient and smiley, not only with me but with all their customers. Five-star customer service all round. That’s why I’ve bought cars there for many years. Fanfare!!
The final icing on the cake is my new cherished number plate which reads P 150BEL. Call it an old woman’s foolishness but it will give me a smile every day of my life!
