Don't Forget - You're invited...

To taste Cascina Carpini's fine Italian wines!

We will be hosting a tasting at the store this coming Sunday, October 19th from 1-3 PM. The vineyard's owner and resident winemaker, Pablo Ghislandi, will lead us through a selection of his wines. Pablo is an exceptionally talented and passionate winemaker, known for his dynamic wines. He is recognized as an 'artist' in the town of Tortona, Italy for his creative winemaking methods. This is Pablo's first tour in the United States, and this event will be a great opportunity for you to taste the best selection from his small family winery - some of which are only produced in limited 100-case batches. Wines will be accompanied by a selection of artisanal Italian cheeses and cured meats from our sister store, Milk & Honey. We hope you will join us! SAVE THE DATE! We will be hosting our 6th Annual Holiday Wine Tasting to benefit the Newport YMCA's 2014 Community Support Campaign. There will be more than 150 wines & beers available for tasting, hors d'oevres provided by local restaurants and gourmet food shops, and music by the Honky Tonk Knights. We hope you'll join us!
