We are pleased to announce the opening of 2 new stunning exhibitions - the artworks will be availble for viewing online next week.

Painting of Dancing Lubra, South of Ross River Resort. It's a gathering place for women. They come from the South and the West and dance together.

Opening 6pm this Friday at The Residency, Alice Springs is an exhibition titled:

Women Artists of the Hermannsburg School of Art

The watercolour paintings by Betty Wheeler, Gloria Pannka, Gwenda Namatjira, Ivy Pareroultja, Lenie Namatjira, Marie Abbott, Myra Ah Chee, Selma Coulthard and Therese Ryder will be on display until November 23rd with some of the Artists working in a 'pop-up studio' at The Residency from Monday to Wednesday each week until November 14th. 

The Residency is open weekdays from 10am to 3pm and on Todd Mall Market Sundays from 10am to 2pm. It is located on the corner of Parsons and Hartley Streets, Alice Springs.

The Men Artists of the Hermannsburg School of Art

Exhibition opens this Friday at 6.30pm at Talapi Gallery, Todd Mall, Alice Springs. Watercolour paintings on display inspired by recent bush trips to Haasts Bluff and the East MacDonnell Ranges. Artworks by: Peter Tjutjatja Taylor, Rienhold Inkamala, Hilary Wirri, Kevin Namatjira, Hubert Pareroultja, Douglas Kwarlpe Abbott and Mervyn Rubuntja.  The Exhibition runs from October 10 to October 31.
