New segment material Groove-E increases the longevity of saw blades by 28% compared to the former W3M1 blade and warranties excellent and faster cutting. The Groove Diamond Segments are made of hard and soft layers. When cutting, the surface of the segments wears out unevenly, making the blade faster and more durable. Blades with Groove segments are efficient and long lasting.

New diamond saw blades Groove-E are especially designed to fit the 55 rpm rotating speed and power of Elematic saws. The blade can also be adapted to any saw with 60 mm shaft diameter.
Most common sizes are 800, 900, 1100 and 1300mm, a wide variety of sizes are available. Choose the one that suits you best.
There are three different types of cores used in the precast cutting blades:
Standard core, sometimes called normal core
Laser Cut core
Sandwich core
S Standard Core
As the name says it is the most common core used in precast industry when the noise do not limit the use.
LC Silent Core
LC blade stands for Laser Cut. The core is laser cut
with clefs looking slots to break the noise.
In comparison with the standard core it is approximately
7-8 db silenced.
SC Silent Core
SC blade stands for Sandwich Core. The blade is made
by making the blade in Sandwich style with a heart of
copper. Blades with a SC core is not as reusable as a
standard core due to joints that might split if the blade is
stacked. In comparison with the normal core it is
approximately 9-11 db silenced.
