Gender Non-Discrimination Policy

In order to be in compliance with the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (Campus SaVE), SWU has adopted a new gender non-discrimination policy. The Campus SaVE Act considers all acts of sexual harassment or sexual violence as gender-based discrimination. In this new policy you will find the University’s Statement on Sexual Violence, the University’s Statement of Consent, and new definitions of sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking. Critical to this policy is an explanation of procedures the University will take to address complaints of gender discrimination. Download a copy of the policy
