We Read: Babies
Saturday, November 8, 10:30 am-Noon
Did you know that your baby is already acquiring skills that will help down the road with learning to read? Parents and caregivers are invited to join us for a fun morning as we explore tips to help reinforce early literacy. We will discover songs, games and activities that enhance early literacy in babies. Each adult will receive a free book. Please note that while we love our babies, this event is designed for adults only. Please register by calling the Children's Department at 330-683-1065.

We Read!
A Celebration of Books and Community
We are continuing our celebration of Orrville's Sesquicentennial by gathering 150 of YOUR favorite family titles! Once our collection is complete, we will post an album with photos of your family and friends holding their "We Read" recommendations! Each family who submits a title and has a photo taken will receive a We Read window cling and a complete list of the compiled recommendations. If you'd like to submit a title and photo, please call the library at 330-683-1065 or email weread@orrville.lib.oh.us. Our appreciation goes to the Rotary Club of Orrville and the Orrville Public Library Friends for supporting this program!

Did You Know?
We have rearranged! In October, we moved all of the adult fiction from upstairs down to the main level across from non-fiction. This provides easier access to adult materials, gives the Children's Department more room and gives us a section of space upstairs to use in a variety of ways. If you haven't been by lately, come check it out. More changes will be coming in the future to enhance and more effectively use our space.

Your feedback and comments are always welcome at askus@orrville.lib.oh.us.
