Tes-go

Are you free tomorrow (Friday)? The Cambridge News has heard about concerns some of us have raised and is writing about Tesco's application for Saturday's newspaper. They would like a photograph with as many local residents as possible...which means YOU.

We are meeting at 3.45pm at the Saab Garage site. Please join us and please do forward this to anyone you know locally.

Let's show Tesco that numbers do matter!

What's it all about? A reminder

Tesco has made an application to convert the old Saab garage into a supermarket. Some of us have concerns about the effect of this on traffic and the loss of the Post Office and you are invited to add your name to our letter here: www.harstonvillage.uk/tesco

Some people will, of course, welcome the application and you too can make your views known on the planning website. It doesn't matter if we don't all have the same opinion. What matters is that you have your say if you want your views to be taken into account.

Have a look at the comments respondents have been making to us.

The first deadline for commenting on the application is next Tuesday, 14th October.
