You've been killing it at CrossFit COMO for a while now, but there's that one stupid skill you haven't figured it out. I bet it's double unders...or how about kipping pull-ups. While we hit these skills regularly throughout our WODs, sometimes a little bit of individual attention can go a long way.
So with that demand in mind, we developed the 30 minute skill sessions with a trainer. It's easy to get signed up and to learn which trainer is the expert in each.
