Dear Friends,
On Sunday, October 19th at 6pm, Cornerstone will be hosting its first church-wide men's ministry event...and it involves steak! Need I say more? In all seriousness, I am looking forward to this opportunity of fellowship but even more so, I'm looking forward to sharing with you about "The Five Priorities of the Christian Life."
As husbands, fathers, and leaders, we are called, as men, to be stewards of many different areas of life. How do we balance family, work, church, and our relationship with the Lord? How do we prioritize all the many different things that God has called us to do? Join me as we explore these things and seek to find biblical answers to prioritizing our Christian Life.

Communion Sunday - Please prepare your hearts as we observe the sacrament of communion this Sunday.
Men’s Steak Dinner - Please mark your calendar and join us Sunday, October 19th, 6 p.m. @ First Cumberland. Fathers are encouraged to bring their teenage sons. Speaker is Wilson Shirley. Cost is $10 per person. Tickets are on sale in the back of the church sanctuary directly following the morning worship service today and next Sunday. Registration deadline: Wednesday, Oct 15th through the church office. We encourage you to invite a guest!
Men’s 5-week small group study: The men of the church are invited to attend a 5-week study as a follow up to the men’s dinner and Pastor Shirleys' talk: “The 5 Priorities of the Christian Life." The study will start on Friday, October 24th at 6:30am at Little Rosies and will conclude by 7:35am. The group will meet at the same time and place the following 4 weeks.
