Hi!
I am pleased to introduce Yitz Feigenbaum, our new director. As we approach our sixth Chanuka fun day, we felt now was the time to hire a part-time professional director for our non-profit (amuta). His job will be to strengthen the structural aspects of the amuta, assist in organizing our fun day happenings and to coordinate our fundraising needs so we can continue with all the special work of Jeremy's Circle.
Yitz is 48 years old and lives on Kibbutz Merav (on the Gilboa) together with his wife Debbie and their three children. He has a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration.
Yitz made Aliyah in 1992 and for over 20 years, together with another member of the kibbutz, ran a group home called Bet Hayeled Merav. The children at the home are referred by Israel's social service agencies. Yitz is the father figure for the children and is also the director of the Bet Hayeled amuta. His responsibilities include all financial & fundraising aspects of the amuta. As his daily tasks in the group home come to a close – he became available to turn his efforts to a different worthwhile cause.
I am sure I speak for all us when I wish him well in his new position in our amuta. He looks forward to meeting you at the Chanuka event. Yitz can also be reached at yitz@jeremyscicrle.org
Wishing everyone a happy & healthy New Year.
Happy Chanuka!
