Executive Chef Adam Wiener is an Art Starter. Beginning his culinary career at the age of 15 it didn't take long for Adam's talent and training to land him in the company of food celebrities such as Art Smith, Christine Cushing, and Kevin Brauch as well as being invited to cater the Super Bowl XLl in Miami, Florida.

In 2009, Adam opened his catering/school facility, Adam Wiener Culinary Occasions Inc. located in Markham, Ontario. As a family run business the company prides itself in treating its clients like family. Adam's goal is not simply to provide a service but to build his clients' relationships with food. His holistic approach to catering stands on the pillars of "fresh and local" reflecting his efforts to build stronger communities while conducting business. 

 

As a Red Seal Certified chef he has new innovative concepts and ideas to make all events ones to remember. With passion and dedication to the culinary experience he blends Asian inspired techniques with traditional French and Italian cuisine creating stylised flair with his "Nouveau Fusion" concept.
