Just because the weather is getting cooler, doesn't mean that you need to hang up your bike until the Spring. Proper clothing and nutrition choices, along with some some basic bike prepping and maintenance, can help you ride comfortably through the Fall and Winter. And when you keep riding, you maintain the fitness you've worked so hard to build this past Spring and Summer!

On Wednesday, October 29th at 7pm, join us for a fun and informative evening highlighting winter riding Must Haves, everything from proper tires and fenders for your bike to base layers and toe warmers for your body. This clinic will be presented by Alie Giaime and Iliana Rabun-Wood, both accomplished racers for Team Kruis CX as well as Rapha Women Ambassadors. They will be joined by Bicycle Roots co-owner and master mechanic Joe Lawler. Wine and light snacks will be provided.

This event is for Women, Trans, and Gender Non-Conforming individuals only.
