Knowing the change you would like to see in the world is just the first step. As I was traveling Europe, giving workshops and writing proposals in the past weeks, two questions kept coming up over and over again: What’s in it for them? Why would your audience want to follow your advice?

If your answer is “they wouldn’t”, it’s time to rethink your approach or risk fighting windmills.

Coming up

It’s all about the Eurobubble right now. After two trips to Brussels last month, I’ve immediately scheduled two more (4-6 November and 1-12 December).

Another engagement will take me to London in late November, and I’m hoping to make time for some island watching up North as well.
