Welcome to the October issue of the AustCham Beijing Newsletter! We hope you enjoy the new format for our now monthly newsletter.

Tajima Wagyu Feast at Aria Restaurant
On Saturday the 25th of October, the Aria Restaurant at China World Hotel hosted a special event with their farmer from Northern Victoria, to share wagyu stories with discerning guests.

Chef de Cuisine Phillip Taylor presented a six-course Tajima wagyu degustation menu (Resturant Manager Wayne Duprey pictured with the wagyu).
