R&D projects

OAR project
Michel Batteux, OAR project manager, presented the project during two events: the French congress of risk analysis “Lambda-Mu 19” and the 4th international symposium on model based safety assessment “IMBSA 2014”. They are two majors events aiming at bringing together engineers, software specialists and researchers working on all aspects of risk analysis; and specifically on model based safety assessment for the second one. It was the opportunity to indicate the initiative of the OpenAltaRica project into the French and European communities, at both industrial and academic level.

ISE project
Pierpaolo Cincilla, Research Engineer, presented ISE project at the Cybersecurity and Privacy (CySeP) Winter School that took place in Stokholm (Sweden). This event gathered both academic and industrial researchers.

LRA project
LRA team showed the driving simulator in Renault at the occasion of an intern event called Futurama. About one hundred person were there, among them directors in charge of innovation, who had the opportunity to discover LRA state of progress, notably in terms of autonomous driving, IHM content, HUD system and sound design.

SIM project
Laura Roa Castro, PhD student, contributed to the GUC Innovation workshop in Norway from October 15th to 17th. During her talk entitled, "A business process modelling (BPM) approach for collaborative modelling & simulation problems" she notably explained why BPM approach is an interesting tool in the construction of a collaborative solution and mostly for a common understanding of the problem.
