This is Krupnik. It is a liqueur originally made by Lithuanian Monks in the 1400's from honey, spices and high-proof spirits. It will lift your spirits and warm you on a cold day. It is sunlight in a glass and it is good. It is so good, in fact, that we are having a party on Nov 1 from 10:00AM till 5:00PM to celebrate its release.

Just have to mention...
The Farmer's Dinner is having their FINAL DINNER on Nov 9 at Blu Aqua. This one is a wild game theme and should be exquisite! Here's the info.

This is Krampus. He is the dark side of Santa Clause. With mysterious origins dating back thousands of years, this is the punisher of bad children at Christmas time. You will not be happy to see him, and he probably doesn't taste good (although there are no records that speak to culinary uses for evil spirits.) In short, you probably want to avoid this one.

And a reminder...
We're having a blast teaching Spirits-101 and Whiskey-101 classes. Lots of positive feedback and lots of spirited fun and great food at the restaurant tastings afterwards. Here's this info.
