charitable sector,
having worked previously for St Gemma’s Hospice as the Director of Finance and Company Secretary.
“I am delighted to be joining the team at Leeds Mind. This is a very challenging time for mental health services and I am keen to continue to take the organisation forward whilst raising awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues”
Helen takes over the role from Niccola Swan who had been with Leeds Mind for 3 ½ years, during this time Niccola has done remarkable work to lead and develop Leeds Mind’s
services. We would like to thank Niccola and wish her well for the future.

We are delighted to announce the recent launch of the new Mental Health Leeds Website. The new site will replace the well known site www.mentalhealthleeds.info which was produced and updated
for many years by Information for Mental Health (IMH). This new website is funded by Leeds City Council and the NHS in Leeds, and is hosted by Leeds Mind, where it is reviewed and kept up-to-date by staff and volunteers. The directory aims to give up to date information about what services are available in the city and how to access them. It also provides links to fact sheets and self-help information about maintaining good mental health and wellbeing. If your organsiaiton is not currently on the site use the “add your organisation” form, or if details need updating please contact us at leedsmentalhealthdirectory@leedsmind.org.uk detailing any changes. The site has been designed and is supported by local company Ascensor.
