After visiting some MailChimp customers with brick-and-mortar retail shops, our UX team had some observations about how they used—and didn’t use—our product.
Our UX director, Aarron, asked us to build an app that would allow customers to take and send photos directly from their mobile devices.
The first iteration was ready in about a week. We ran early prototypes by local customers and continued to refine until we knew a problem had been solved.
