Hello Eastern Freestyle-Freeskiing!

Clinics for technical delegates and coaches are now set to go this fall here in the East. Please see the information below and sign up ASAP so you are fully prepared for clinics with pre-clinic information!

Eastern TD Clinic #1
When: Nov. 15, 10am - 5pm
Where: Lake Placid, NY at the Crowne Plaza

Lodging: Lodging is available at the Crowne Plaza.
There are ten rooms set aside for those that are traveling. The rate is a $129.00 a night with a minimum two night stay.

The Eastern Freestyle-Freeskiing TD Clinics are both introductory and annual clinics for anyone that would like to be the technical delegate at eastern events this season. We REALLY need more officials in the sport. Please help us to spread the word to potential candidates!

As always, we also welcome parents, coaches, and athletes to the clinics that want to become more knowledgeable about how freestyle and freeskiing.

Lift Tickets:
We will purchase lift tickets for $35 thru Killington before we head to snow, please bring cash as it will make the process quicker.  The skiing is very good and we might even find some moguls!

Clinic Participant Responsibilities
:

  • Complete the Level 100 – Can be done online at ussa.org
  • Review 200 manual before the clinic – Once you sign up you will receive the manual
  • Be ready to ski and ask lots of questions
  • Participate in the entire clinic
  • Complete all requirements for level 200
  • Be prepared to create a lesson plan and lead the group on day 2
