The Lloydminster Construction Association along with The Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce are proposing to work with our counterparts in the east, particularly Ontario. Lloydminster & Region are experiencing an acute labour shortage, especially in the skilled trades. This has been an ongoing issue. While in Eastern Canada there are double digit unemployment numbers. We hope to recruit 10-12 local businesses who require employees and are interested in investing and participating in this project.
