  Wow! What a year its been. From the trials and tribulations of the Oscar Pistorius and Shrien Dewani trial, to the events in the Middle East and to our own political and electricity challenges. With all of these external events occupying or minds and hearts, it's amazing that we have managed to find the time and energy to put into our personal and skills growth and development.
Well done to the organisations and individuals who have continued to invest time and money in their personal growth and that of their hard working staff.
