ESIMS

Hello CIRCA,

The ESims conference is coming, and we have hit a record registration of over 200 students! While that is an unprecendented step for our club's philanthropic efforts, we need your help to concretize this dream and put ESims within the MUN circuit of NYC! For such reasons, we ask that you staff the conference on November 15th, from 9am-5:30pm.

Are you worried you won't be able to handle the kids? That teaching MUN might be somewhat difficult during a simulation? That is why we will put a short staff training session on November 14th, room and time TBD. You need to come to find out your committee assignment!

We are looking forward to having you with us for the conference!

Dear CMUNNY Staff,

As we stand here, on the shores of the sea, our fellowship must come to an end.  But we will have it be such an end, to be worthy of remembrance!

Join us as we celebrate all the hard work that was put into making CMUNNY 9 a grand success (i.e. the best conference on the Collegiate MUN circuit). We will be celebrating together this upcoming Friday, November 7th starting at around 10:30pm in Metta House EC 1005.

Hope to see many of you on Friday night!

Thank you for making this conference happen!

CIRCA Presents the Awards Symposium 11/23

Are you interested in getting an internship or a research position next summer? Worried about finances? CIRCA can help!

Last year, CIRCA initiated the CIRCA Award, a grant for CIRCA members which seeks to alleviate the financial burden on CIRCA members undertaking low-paying or unpaid internships, especially those that have an impact on the international community. On November 23rd, CIRCA is hosting an Award Symposium where last year’s awardees will talk about their summer work experience, we will disclose important information regarding this year’s academic award, and provide all those attending an opportunity to meet with other CIRCA members and alumni who share their career interests.

Come join us over lunch, hear about the unique experiences of last year’s awardees and take advantage of the opportunity to learn how to become one!
