- Another idea is my PC Refresh service. If you are local to the Montgomery AL area, I will come to your (or your loved ones) residence and vacuum out any dust or debris from the inside of the computer. I will perform a multi-point check of all systems and make sure you are virus/malware free and that all installed software is up to date. In the end, you'll have a quieter running computer, and in most cases, a faster running computer.
- Are you into keeping up with your fitness? There are several options available for fitness tracking. Fitbit was one of the first trackers to become available. There is also a newcomer to the market called Pivotal Living. Both devices will track your steps, calories burned and your sleep patterns. Pivotal Living offers a unique function in that you are paying for the app that comes with the device. Essentially, the device is free with the $12.00 purchase of the 1 year app membership. - Smartwatches are the in thing now. Several new smartwatches have come to market with Google's Android Wear. Apple isn't getting behind either in this area. They announced their watch recently, as well. Apple's watch hasn't been released yet, so if you want a smartwatch before Christmas, you'll have to settle for an Android Wear version from Google. Which happens to be my preferred choice. There are several to choose from, with my personal watch being the Samsung Gear Live. Motorola has a round face watch. And LG has a couple of different Android Wear watches. Price ranges for Android Wear watches is between $199.00 and around $349.00.
- How about something for the kids (and kids at heart)? Have a look at this mini quad-copter. For only $39.00, you have a quad-copter that can fly indoors or outdoors. This is definitely on my must have list!
