A weekend for a more peaceful, just and sustainable world is coming! Before the winter holidays flurry in, let us take time to come together and recharge our interfaith spirit in style!
The Parliament is elated to share that the Sikh Religious Society of Chicago is hosting A Pathway to Peace - an Interfaith Conference Service on Saturday, November 15. Our staff will be present to share information about the 2015 Parliament of the World's Religions. Discussions with speakers of several faiths will take place, and a delicious langar will be served to guests in the gorgeous Palatine gurdwara that evening.
The time is now to register for the Pre-Parliament Faiths Fest and benefit dinner with Dr. Arun Gandhi, the fifth grandson of Mohandas Gandhi. A fine evening with the thrilling energy of the interfaith movement surrounding us will launch our coming 2015 Parliament of the World's Religions. Please share your commitment and strength by becoming a table host or purchasing your tickets now.
It all begins November 13 at the Chicago Cultural Center. Join us in our work to reclaim the heart of our humanity, and meet us in Palatine to pursue pathways to peace on November 15.
