...it may shine over there.
Hey <<First Name>>,
It's amazing how if you take a small step in one area of your life it can result in change in another area.
I was talking to a 60-something-year-old woman who recently returned to Weight Watchers. She had lost 2.5 pounds that week and while she was pleased with the weight loss, she was even happier about something else she had mustered the courage to do for the first time in her life: hit on a guy. I asked what gave her the gumption and she said it was being back at Weight Watchers. She wasn't referring to the weight loss; it was the confidence she had obtained by having discipline around food.
But obviously fear can stop us in our tracks.
As members of Connect the Dots Coaching's Female Fear Fighters (FFF) group know, we can let fears, even itty bitty ones, get in the way of doing the things we want to do and the goals we want to reach. (Check out our latest blog post comparing fear with storytelling.)
Cast fear to the side and prepare to manifest a future you desire at next month's vision board workshop where you can create a visual representation of what you want to come to fruition in your life. A vision board is a modern manifestation tool combining concepts from creative hobbies like scrapbooking with motivational mind-mapping techniques. A vision board is a collage of pictures, phrases, poems, memorabilia and quotes which represent what you would like to experience more of in your life. A vision board can address many aspects of your life from relationships to finances to work to travel, or it can explore one specific aspect or event in more depth. Find more details about the event at the bottom of this email.
