It is an annual tradition with our club to sell fresh holiday evergreens as our fall fundraiser. This year it is easier than ever to place an order! You can complete your entire shopping transaction, including paying with a credit card, online this year! Although, there is a limit of 3 items per order, you can place as many orders as you like. AND-no manual filling out forms and mailing with a check. We participate in a direct delivery program with a wonderful company located in Northwest Washington State called Sherwood Forest Farms. The direct delivery program allows you to order a fresh greenery gift that will be delivered directly to the designated recipient accompanied by a personalized message on the shipping label. It is a very easy way to send a holiday surprise to friends and family across town or across the country. The gift items will arrive at the recipient’s addresses within the first two weeks after Thanksgiving. Greenery can be shipped anywhere within the contiguous 48 states (no shipments to Alaska or Hawaii). The Phoenix Alumnae Club looks forward to another successful sale this year! Funds raised are used for many club activities including programming and support of our local philanthropies.

Volunteers will be directed to the Volunteer Main Menu page to register for shift(s)
Two separate confirmations will be emailed 1) regarding profile 2) event registration
Select Register for an Event from the Volunteer Main Menu and see your first name
Select 2015 Waste Management Phoenix Open and click Register for selected event
Select requested shift(s) and click Complete Registration
If you have another person (such as spouse) to register, volunteers will be redirected back to event page and given opportunity to Add New Volunteer by completing the same steps
Shifts will fill up quickly please register ASAP. If you want to volunteer with a friend or another PI Phi, please communicate with them ASAP regarding signing up for the shift.

Signature Fraternity Day of Service
20,000 books are coming to Phoenix!
Phoenix has been selected by Pi Phi HQ as one of four cities to host a Pi Beta Phi Fraternity Day of Service Signature Event! The event in Phoenix will be held on February 27 & 28, 2015 at the Burton Barr Central Library.
We will be hosting an exciting community-wide event including the donation of 20,000 brand new books to local recipient groups. That means we’ll need your help! Volunteers are needed to lift boxes, sort books and assist recipient groups in selecting books. Students who have birthdays that month receive a new book the first Thursday of each month.
Volunteers escort children to this special room and help them with the selection process
