Thank you, Bloomfield Township!

Thank you for your continued support of the library!  With the passage of the November 4 ballot proposal, we are looking forward to a great future of superb library services.  The first thing we are doing is restoring Sundays to the summer schedule.  Your support means so much to the Library.  Thank you!

October 18 certainly was a night to remember.  At the 50th anniversary gala "A Night at the Library" attendees enjoyed great food and wine while dancing the night away.  Nearly $20,000 was raised to refurbish the pink alcoves in the Youth Department.

As our 50th anniversary year winds to a close, we are getting ready to capture 2014 in a time capsule!  Stop by the library to write down your suggestions for what to put in our time capsule, or write a note to the future about what life is like in 2014 in Bloomfield Township. Suggestions and stories can also be emailed to askadult@btpl.org. Don't forget to ask your kids to participate too!  Forms are available throughout the library.
