Meet your host - Comedian Robert Bove

Robert Bove as Jerry Springer (right) in Bootless' 2012 production of Jerry Springer: The Opera

You might know him best as Jerry Springer  from our production of Jerry Springer: The Operabut to us, Robert Bove (pictured on the right) is one of our very best friends and a Bootless Alum. Robert first came to us in our early days to play Floyd Spinner in Love, Sex, and the IRS. He's since been an active actor throughout the Greater Philadelphia region performing in shows such as Two Wives and a Dead Guy, Knock 'em Dead, The Rocky Horror Picture ShowHonk!, and most recently appeared as Harry Cooper with Bootless Stageworks in our 2014 Bloody Summer Stage production Musical of the Living Dead. Robert is also an accomplished comic - in 2012, he won the WMKG John DeBella Comedy Competition and opened for Christopher Titus at the Helium Comedy Club in Philadelphia. When he's not telling jokes, acting on stage, or hosting cabarets, Robert is either hosting a podcast or performing locally with his band. What a talented "stand-up" guy!
