It's that time of year when the best cookies are made...what fun to make more to share and to trade! We will gather at Cindy Cassity's house, 6854 Coronado Ave from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday, December 14. Please RSVP to Cindy.
What to bring:
- Four dozen of your favorite cookies/treats/bars
- Copies of the recipe
- Empty container to bring goodies home
- Your favorite wine/beer/drink of choice
This is not just for the ladies -- men are welcome too!

Also, Beads of Splendor moves from the Lakewood Shopping Center to Garland Road, and the Lakewood Theater is about to change hands (and, possibly, no longer be a theater).

Lakewood Hills Families is a closed Facebook group accessible only to families living within Lakewood Hills with current paid neighborhood dues. The group is a place to sell/trade items, ask for advice, share babysitters, organize playdates (even sans kids), post upcoming kid-friendly events and, above all, interact with neighborhood families.
