Chargers Drive XXXVI
The San Diego Blood Bank is getting ready for its longest running community event, the Chargers Drive XXXVI, held on Tuesday, November 25, from 9am-6pm, at the Town & Country Convention Center in Mission Valley. Attendees can meet the Chargers players, enjoy live music and interactive activities, and take advantage of free bone marrow registry testing. Guests will also enjoy performances by Pip, a finalist from Season 2 of The Voice, as well as other great bands and solo artists. There will be a VIP meet and greet opportunity with the Chargers players in an intimate, exclusive reception.

“For The Sender” Holiday Concert
For The Sender, a book, album, and concert series by author and musician Alex Woodard that turns letters into songs, is hosting a concert on Sunday, December 14, at Belly Up Tavern, to benefit the Switchfoot Bro-Am Foundation, which provides grants to local beneficiary partners that support at-risk children facing adversity and hardship in their lives.
