"The Angels are not here to suffer.  This is a “mistake” that is being made and carried out here by so many who just simply do not remember to trust their truth.  If they would, they would find that the Angels are not few amongst them.  The Angels are everywhere!  They walk within bodies of different forms, from animals and even insects to plants and to the humans you see.  The Angels are surrounding this world with a loving light so wondrous that you would scarcely be able to see it with your eyes.  It is brighter than your sun, so much brighter.  There is no time when it dims or sets to where it does not affect you.  Angel’s love shines through the darkest of nights, through the coldest of winters, through the dimmest feeling or sense of soul remembrance that you can experience here.  The Angels shine for that is their job.  The Angels are going to wake you up.  The Angels are going to get inside of your heart and even your mind if they so choose, and show you the ways to awaken from your trance-like state of living without awareness of conscious thought.  You are programmed as a race and we would very much like to see this end so that you can step into your own bright and shining space of existence.
 
The Angels are not on the same path as the humans and we would like to emphasize this greatly NOW.  The Angels do not need to ascend, they do not need to evolve in the sense that human beings do.  The Angels are already light and oneness.  The Angels just need to be honored for that, for who they really are, and to be allowed to be it. 
 
Let’s talk about this planet.  The state of affairs here does not lend itself for an Angel who is incarnated to be able to feel good.  That’s it.  How can you fully be expected to do your job, your purpose here of incarnating, if no one is remembering that you are an Angel and then accepting you and treating you as such.  You are not to be revered as higher than or more than or less than any other type of being – no.  But, you are to respected for who and what you are.
 
A human does not need the same things as an Angel to live here.  A human can be satisfied with being a certain way in their life and being able to keep going.  An Angel will break down and cry because of this.  An Angel will deeply feel and experience the pain of those who are not living in alignment with the Light.  A human will not.  They may look and observe, but then be able to brush it off and look away instantly.  They may see people suffering, but then easily slip back into their lives and their ways of living that actually promote suffering.  An Angel will not do this because and Angel is not designed this way.  An Angel feels deeply.
 
As to the question, we remind you that there are not differences in the process, but there are differences in the end results.  As a human will grow and move more deeply into expressing themselves as a higher and higher vibration, an Angel will move more deeply into just expressing themselves as what they truly already are.  Humans are on a path of experiential growth, which some call evolution of spirit, while Angels are not.  Your path is different, truly it is.  Do not keep trying to fit in and to listen to everything that everyone is saying that they believe applies to everyone.
 
Telling an Angel that they have to awaken so that they can evolve is like saying, “You are not who you really are.”  It neither appropriate nor is it kind or honoring to do this.  So, Angels have to be aware and ignore these sentiments.  Your “New Thought Leaders” are some of the more prevalent examples, as are your media and medical professionals, including some psychologists.  If you do not know who you are, how can you expect yourself to discern through all of the information you are constantly experiencing in your world?  You have to know who you are.  If you know that you are an Angel, you will need to honor yourself by very first and foremost making sure that you are not believing any mistruths directed toward the masses of people on this planet.  You are not of these masses.  You are Angelic.  You are a bright and shining light.  Now, as you know that this is true you will follow your own guidance and trust that you have ultimate connection to the Angelic Light Realm at all times.  You will ignore the fear energies and you will listen to the Light.  And as you do, things will progress more easily for you.  You will not become caught up in these tragedies and traumas that are not about your awakening process.  Your awakening process is to know who you are and to listen to your guidance and to act within accordance in honoring of who you are.
