HOA Economic Outlook (Quarterly)

The Board is currently evaluating upcoming capital costs for pool repairs and tree replacements plus the increasing annual costs of trash and lawn service.  We do have a sizable amount in reserve to accommodate most capital expenditures, but we want your input on prioritizing future spending.  Please take time to complete the following survey, so the Oak Hill Board can make sure we are serving the wants and needs of our neighbors and community.

HOA DIRECTORY

You should have received your 2014-2015 Oak Hill Directory.  If you need corrections made for next year or you did not receive a directory, please e-mail Karen Petersen at huskermap@everestkc.net

As you will notice there are Ads in this year's directory which were placed mostly by Oak Hill residents.  The money raised from these ads helped offset some of the cost of the directories.  If you would like to advertise in next year's directory, please let Karen know.

EAB UPDATE

We have completed the first phase of tree removal of Ash trees in the common areas along Lackman.  We are developing a plan for plantings to replace the trees that have been removed as well as other common areas.

Pool Update

As you noticed, the pool cover went on awfully late this year.  There are repairs that need to be made to the pool over the next few years.  The pool is well over 25 years old and in need of some major structural renovation and repair.  We started gathering bids this fall to assess the scope of work which required leaving the pool cover off.  Our goal is to complete any and all repairs outside of the normal pool season.
