2. Understand what makes early mental health programs distinct from other mental health services
3. Understand what is the impact of toxic stress on brain and development in young children?
4. Identify a clinical program for children with history of toxic stress. Who is eligible for and will most benefit from referral? What should parents/providers expect from the initial assessment?
