Happy November!
I hope to see you at my upcoming third annual Thanksgiving day workshop with Aviva Levine at Innerstellar. I love teaching on this holiday and I envision exciting inversions and arm balances to support our theme, Rooted in Strength. I have been traveling and training a lot this fall. During my time away I picked up fabulous new tools, skills, and pose variations as well as a renewed love of abs - yes it is possible for me to love abs even more! I hope to reconnect and share them with you soon. I am now a graduate of the Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher Training, and have only a few sessions left in my year-long program at the Tamalpa Institute! In other news:
- Since August I have been a guest contributor to the Yoga Tree blog. See my latest post with a beloved recipe for winter squash and shiitake mushroom soup. Yum!
- I have expanded my private yoga and nutritional counseling schedule and have a new system to book. Please visit my updated booking request form.
- I recently revamped my website to be more concise and user-friendly.
- Coming in January 2015 I am excited to announce that I will be adding classes in Oakland! I will be on staff at the new and expanded location of The Working Body at 399 Grand Avenue next to lovely Lake Merritt. More details coming soon.
May you have a joyous and grateful month!
In Health and in Beauty,
