Recap: Pink Ribbon Milonga Saturday October 25th 2014
 Thank u to the Perth Tango community for your generosity, added donations, spirit, enthusiasm and support in making our Pink Ribbon Milonga such a special, heartwarming and successful night.
Due to all of you we raised $4000! A special thank to those individuals and to the Perth Tango Club who made contributions of $100 and more on and preceeding the night. Thank you, your generosity is much appreciated.
Our dedication to Bubbles was heartwarming as everybody took to the floor to dance to four of her favourite Vals. As one tanguera put it so succintly, "What a lovely milonga, It felt like love, kindness and goodwill danced and mingled amongst us all night. And I would learn tango just to dance THAT unforgettable tanda !"
Thank you to Bob for being his lovely self and to our dj Nick Furlan who did a seamless job with the music.
Thank you to our team Raffa, Sonya, Sam and Fabian for their tremendous efforts and kindness and as well as to, Alex, Ann, Rose and Martin who all had a hand in its success.

Meet the DJ for our Milonga on Saturday 22nd November 2014
Our DJ for the night at Mi Serenata is Nick Furlan
Let's here from Nick himself:
"I have been a DJ in the Tango scene for more than three years, about half of his Tango life. He began his DJ journey due to his love of Tango music and believes it has been instrumental in developing musicality in his dance. He regularly DJ's at various Milongas in Perth and on occasion overseas. He believes taking Dancers on a journey and exposing them to a variety of Tango music so that they may experience and gain a range of musical and dance appreciation in Traditional, Nuevo and Contemporary Tango. Other than Di Sarli, Nick's favourite artists include Anibal Troilo, Miguel Calo, Osvaldo Pugliese and Astor Piazzolla."
It is a pleasure for us to welcome, Nick Furlan once again as our DJ, on Saturday 22nd November 2014.

Next Tango Term
Our next Tango Term commences on Tuesday 25th November to Tuesday 16th December 2014. The shorter term is due to the holiday period. Hence, the duration of each lesson will be 1.5 hous instead of the usual 1 hr.
