I want to... Get Active
With the start of a new year, most people (including me) have started their 2015 resolutions. Have you? And tell me, is there something along the lines of 'getting more active' or 'work out more' on it? I'm pretty sure there is!
Physical activity can bring us so many benefits. Not only does it enhances our immune system, lowers our blood pressure and boosts our levels of good cholesterol, it also relieves tension, anxiety, depression, anger and it can even improve our mental acuity and memory. But I know, I know, it's hard to keep up visiting the gym every day, or even every week, right?
Travelling is one of the best ways to start getting active, as there are so many sports and activities you can do while on the road. But of course that doesn't mean you have to fly across the globe to do them! Have a look at the following suggestions and see what you could do close to home as well.
Mountain Activities
