#Giving Tuesday
Tuesday 2nd of December is Giving Tuesday.
Motueka Rudolf Steiner School is not a state funded or state integrated school, nor is it a private fee paying school. We are a koha school, funded by donations and fundraising. This unusual arrangement gives us the freedom to deliver the Waldorf curriculum without interference from government policy, and it gives every family access to Steiner education regardless of their financial situation. Family donations are our biggest income item but fundraising events and supporter donations are essential to cover our costs. We are joining the #GivingTuesday campaign to ask our supporters to include us in their Christmas giving this year. Without your help we can not make this special education available to all families in the Motueka area. Donate online now.
