It is hard to believe that this newsletter has undergone one year of hard work.

It has transformed goals, ideas, and platforms. I have adjusted and readjusted several times this past year in order to deliver something that I am proud of while at the same time being helpful to those who take time to read this newsletter.

To all of you who read this newsletter I thank you more than you know. I find such inspiration in the fact that people do take time out of their day to read. I hope that I can continue to provide you with quality content.

One way in which I am working to improve my craft and to further provide value is to study the data and find out what exactly it is that people are reading and interacting with the content I share. I recently read about how to analyze Twitter data so I am spending time trying to figure out what it all means. In addition I am looking at the analytics of my YouTube channel, my website, and all my other social media outlets.

I have a lot and it is time to downsize.

Additionally, I am looking at this newsletter and studying what you are clicking and reading. In the end it is about YOU and my goal is to provide you with things you can use to improve your life. I am trying to find out what you thought was most helpful and worth your time to read and possibly use.

The most important piece of data so far has been from the Reader Survey. If you have not yet completed this I would really be thankful if you would. You can win a $25 Amazon gift card for taking to share with me your feedback.

As I move my plans to 2015 I am scaling back. I have to pull the overload of my life back a bit to achieve the things I want to accomplish.  I want to move my content to a new level of quality and worthiness. I have a big goal in 2015 that I am going to make happen which will require me to focus more than ever before.

Over Thanksgiving Break I scaled back and took a Digital Sabbath and focused on my family. I was reminded that I need to be home more with my kids and my wife. It is time to say NO and not feel guilty for doing saying so. I also need to realize that I should not beat myself up about not being productive. Perhaps getting a brand new English Bulldog puppy(Frankie May) has been a key element in our lives to remember what is important.

The goals of next year will be shared soon as I write up an annual report of Coffeechug. I cannot think that working on being calm is very important. My recent Journey of a Growth Mindset has shaken me to my core because Perception is Reality.

As I continue to work through my mindsets both professionally, personally, and fitness wise I am reaching out to you please fill out the Reader Survey or just shoot me an email letting me know what you like and don't like from what I share.

It is time for a reawakening. It is time to close down some channels, strengthen certain avenues, and make time to be the best version of Coffeechug I can be. More importantly, by sharing how I am going to do this it will help hold me accountable and maybe help you out as well.

Thank you for being a reader. Thank you for taking time to join me on the journey. Thank you for being someone who is working hard to make positive change in the world.
