Hello everyone! I am Anita, and I look after the Workplace Integration Programs (Barista Kickstart and Education Assistant Programs) here at Impact. The Kickstart Program is a unique opportunity for Barista students to gain work experience within the vibrant Melbourne café scene. Students will have the ability to enhance their barista skills for future job prospects and they can also work with Australians to improve your communications skills. This program is a great way to build their confidence and Australian experience.
Here's what some of our students and cafe partners say about the Kickstart program:
Bon, Thailand: "I was really impressed by the Kickstart Program. I improved my skills that I learnt in the Barista Course and it was a very valuable experience!"
Kyoko, Japan: "The thing I liked best about the Kickstart Program was talking to local customers and my co-workers. I could make friends with people who have the same dreams as me!"
Rafael, Cafe Manager: "Kyoko's a great example of Impact's Barista Course + good attitude = good hospitality worker!"
