It's Coming....

Art In Offices annual Christmas Advent Calendar! *Yay*

From the 1st December every day until the 24th Art In Offices will be giving you a daily Christmas treat when we discount a different artwork every day.  The closer to Christmas we get, the bigger the artworks and the better the discounts!

Perfect for those "what do we get them" people.
Here's a taste of the artworks appearing in the advent calendar by Annabel Crocker Mellor.
up to 20% will be discounted from Art In Offices favourite Caroline Hall.  What a steal!

Have we been naughty or nice this year?


Here's a taste of what we've been up to recently, and you can decide whether Art In Offices deserve a present from Father Christmas.
Since July we've been working with the Bespoke Hotels Group, finding them artwork for their new hotel in Manchester: Gotham.  What's the theme?  Well think Prohibition New York in the 1930's, with a hint of Danger! http://vimeo.com/105803525

So which artwork did we choose for them?  Well it was clear that Nina Mae Fowler's prints were going to be perfect (pictured), and they also loved Mark Harrison's city-scapes and Alistair Little's Journeyman.  
 
We were approached by Workman LLP on behalf of Eskmuir securities, who wanted three large paintings to brighten up the reception area of a new build office complex.

The Square in Leatherhead will have three paintings by Ken McClymont in its receptio from the 5th of January for six months.  A project like this only costs £240 per month.


We were approached by insurance group Allianz to help them source two paintings by people who were "disabled or disadvantaged."

This was the first time Art In Offices had worked with Outsider Artists, so we approached a lot of charities around the country, and were inundated with amazing artwork.  

Art In Offices are making sure that 100% of the profits go to the charity or artist.

We went to see the George Pompidou style offices of Aventicum Capital Management.  They have bare white walls, and in the ceiling lots of fans, vents, trunking and pipes, and really want something to brighten up their walls.

Bernard Jacobson Gallery in Mayfair emailed Art In Offices to tell us about a relocation sale they are having.

With prices starting at £50 for investment paintings it's worth  taking a look and mention Art In offices and you might get a discount!
We've also been working with a lot of private collectors recently, including some people who are big fans of Caia Matheson's work.

Caia has been busy working in the studio on new paintings, and has also produced some limited edition prints, which start from £280.

The work on the left is one of her new paintings, and we love it because it reminds us of Christmas lights in the dark winter days.  Her new painting start at £1680, and you can see them in person by arranging a visit to her studio, or Caia will also bring them to your office to see in real life.

We did an event!

As part of their art subscription package, a law firm client of ours are entitled to two in-house events a year.  For our first event with them we did a two team Apprentice meets Art Attack style challenge where teams were tasked with making famous monuments with only paper.

Teams Made Stonehenge, Machu Pichu, The Forum and Angkor Wat in only 30 minutes, and to through in some curve balls, we asked them to swap material half way, they swapped half their team after only 10 minutes, and then for the final 5 minutes they swapped projects entirely!
