Iowa Testing Begins This Week

This is an important data tool for us. We use this data to help us create our S.M.A.R.T. goals for the upcoming school year. We have discovered over the years that students who are well rested and well fed on the mornings of the test focus and respond better. Please help us obtain a true measure of your child’s ability by making sure they get plenty of sleep and breakfast before they come to school this week.

Congratulations to Chase Kiler and Mallory McCormick for being chosen as our October Students of the Month.

Food Pantry Donations

Every year the town’s Food Pantry is swamped with generous Thanksgiving food supplies. This year, our participation will be based on the everyday needs of families instead of the Holiday dinner items.
Our collection will begin on Monday and the following classes are asked to donate:
  • Grades K-2: Peanut Butter
  • Grades 3 & 4: Pancake Mix
  • Grades 5 & 6: Syrup
  • Grades 7 & 8: Can of Fruit
