THE SPRING STREET PARKLETS are getting updated and upgraded.  As you may know, the southernmost parklet in front of L.A. Cafe has been in disrepair since a drunk driver barreled into it over the summer. We've been hard at work with the City, urban planners and designers to use this opportunity to study what's worked and what hasn't at both parklets on Spring Street between 6th-7th Sts.

We now have design plans in place and are awaiting approval and construction. We're excited to reopen the L.A. Cafe-adjacent parklet, as well as introduce an updated parklet to the north in front of Syrup & Joe's Pizza, in early 2015.
MOVIES AT THE PALACE THEATER  are returning just in time for the holidays. Ring in the season with films at one of Broadway's best historic theaters, presented by Street Food Cinema. Before the screenings, hang out for a Santa meet and greet for kids and a 21+ beverage section. Come dressed up in your ugliest Christmas sweater or your best onesie, and you'll get a special treat.
